Trusted OEM & Platform Expertise

About Ago Aviation

Precision Gas Turbine Parts, Delivered Worldwide

Ago Aviation is a trusted gas turbine parts manufacturer and supplier serving customers across the world. We help power plants, oil and gas facilities, industrial operators and service companies source the components they need to keep their turbines running safely and efficiently.

Gas turbine components work in some of the harshest conditions in engineering: extreme heat, high pressure, constant vibration and repeated thermal cycling. A part that is slightly off specification does not simply wear out faster. It can reduce efficiency, cause an unplanned shutdown or put the entire machine at risk. That is why we treat precision, material integrity and documentation as the foundation of every order, not an add-on.

Ago Aviation is operated by WS Turbomar Private Limited. Whether you need a single critical spare for an urgent repair or a planned set of parts for a major inspection, our team works with your engineers and procurement staff to make sure the right part reaches the right site.

What We Supply

Gas Turbine Parts and Components We Supply

Our range covers the components that wear fastest and matter most to turbine performance. Each part is quoted against your drawing, part number or OEM reference, so you know exactly what you are buying before you commit.

Turbine shrouds

Turbine Shrouds

Shrouds control the clearance between rotating blades and the casing. Accurate dimensions and the right material help limit tip leakage and protect efficiency over long running hours.

Buckets and blades

Buckets and Blades

Rotating blades take the highest thermal and mechanical loads in the machine. We supply replacements matched to frame and stage, with material and dimensional details confirmed before production.

Nozzles and vanes

Nozzles and Vanes

Stationary nozzles and vanes direct hot gas onto the rotating stages. Their profile and finish directly affect flow, output and component life.

Combustion components

Combustion Components

Liners, transition pieces and fuel nozzles operate where temperatures are highest. We help you source replacements ahead of combustion inspections.

Hot gas path parts

Hot Gas Path Parts

Complete sets of hot section components for planned outages, so your maintenance window is not delayed by missing parts.

Spares and consumables

Spares and Consumables

Seals, fasteners and other routine items that keep a turbine in service between major overhauls.

Looking for something not listed here? Send us the details. If it is a gas turbine part, we will tell you plainly whether we can supply it.

Frame & Stage

Parts Matched to Your Turbine Frame

No two turbine fleets are identical. A part that fits one frame or stage will not necessarily fit another, even within the same OEM family. To avoid costly mistakes, we ask for the OEM, turbine model, frame and stage, along with any part number or drawing you have.

From there, we confirm the specification with you, flag any questions about material or tolerance, and only then issue a quote. If a part is not something we can supply, you will hear that early, so you can look elsewhere without losing time.

Materials & Tolerances

Built for Demanding Materials and Tight Tolerances

Hot section components are typically made from nickel and cobalt-based superalloys and heat-resistant stainless steels. These materials are chosen because they hold their strength at high temperature, but they are also difficult to machine. Cutting forces, tool wear and heat build-up all make precision harder to achieve.

That is why material grade, heat treatment and final dimensions matter as much as the part drawing itself. On every quote we state the material and the key specifications, so your engineers can review them before an order is placed. If something does not match your requirement, you can catch it at the quote stage rather than at installation.

  • Superalloys Nickel and cobalt-based grades
  • Heat-Resistant Steels Stainless steels for hot sections
  • Heat Treatment Stated on every quote
  • Final Dimensions Checked against your drawing

Why Ago Aviation

Why Operators Choose Ago Aviation

Clarity before you buy

Our quotes spell out the part, the material, the quantity and the lead time. There are no vague descriptions to decode, and your team can compare our offer against OEM or other supplier quotes on equal terms.

Documentation you can use

Turbine parts need paperwork as much as they need precision. We provide the documentation your quality and audit teams expect so that parts can be accepted at your site without delay.

Responsive, engineer-friendly communication

Plant managers and maintenance engineers do not have time for slow replies. We keep communication direct and technical, and we answer your questions about fit, material and delivery in plain language.

Export-ready supply

We ship worldwide and prepare consignments for international transit, including protective packaging and the shipping documents your customs team will ask for. You deal with one team from enquiry to delivery.

Quality

Quality You Can Verify

Quality claims are only useful when you can check them. Ago Aviation supports its parts with inspection records and documentation that your team can review, and we are happy to discuss your specific quality requirements before an order is placed.

Industries We Serve

Serving Power Generation and Industrial Operators

Gas turbines drive electricity generation, oil and gas operations, petrochemical processing and heavy industry. Our customers include plant operators and maintenance teams who need dependable parts and service companies who need a supplier they can count on for their own clients. Whatever the application, the standard is the same: the right part, documented properly, delivered when you need it.

information

Frequently Asked Questions

A gas turbine has three main sections: the compressor, the combustor and the turbine. The compressor raises air pressure, the combustor burns fuel with that air, and the turbine extracts energy from the hot gas to drive a generator or machine. Shrouds, buckets, nozzles and combustion liners wear fastest.

Turbine blades in the hot section are usually made from nickel or cobalt based superalloys, often with protective coatings, because they must hold strength at very high temperatures. Compressor blades typically use steel or titanium alloys, which handle lower temperatures.

The hot gas path is the route combustion gas takes from the combustor through the turbine nozzles, buckets and shrouds. These parts face the highest temperatures and stresses, so they are inspected closely and are usually the first to need replacement.

There is no single interval. It depends on your OEM's inspection schedule, running hours, number of starts, fuel type and operating conditions. Follow your OEM's maintenance guidance and inspection findings, and send us your part details early so spares are ready before an outage.

Common causes are high temperature oxidation and creep, thermal fatigue from starts and stops, erosion and corrosion from contaminants, foreign object damage and vibration. Regular borescope and outage inspections help catch damage before it forces an unplanned shutdown.

OEM parts come from the turbine's original manufacturer. Aftermarket parts come from independent suppliers working to a drawing or specification. Quality depends on the supplier's material control, inspection and documentation, so ask to see all three before you order.

Yes. Ago Aviation is a gas turbine parts manufacturer and supplier. Depending on the part, we manufacture to your drawing or specification or supply it through our sourcing network, and we confirm the specification with you before you order.

Send the OEM, turbine model, frame and stage, plus any part number or drawing and the quantity you need. We confirm the details, tell you whether we can supply the part, and send a quote. The more detail you share, the faster we can respond.
